As for liquor, it impressed us a lot Ulibbo, the flagship product of the Sicilian company “Natives Towards the Origins“. Olive and carob leaves, rich in beneficial properties, they are transformed into powerful infusions and tinctures, offering a natural and safe remedy for health. “Nativi-Verso le Origini” produces the award-winning liqueur Ulibbo, based on olive and carob trees, won two silver medals at the World Liqueur Awards in London, placing second in the “Herbal Liqueurs” and Digestive Liqueurs categories.

At Cibus in Parma, the liqueur won over the many visitors to the stand, and it has also been proposed as the main ingredient for original cocktails such as the “Country Spritz” with ginger beer and tonic, "Ulibbo Fizz", the “Cosmulibbo”, the “Margarita Siciliano” and finally try the “Country Coffee”, shaken coffee with Ulibbo.
